Flowers spot lit on a table are a quick and easy way of decorating a bare wall or corner as well as adding freshness color and texture there is also the advantage of perfume to the room.

When planning lighting remember to confirm the use of the space. It is all too easy to give an overall light when task lighting is what is required.

Ensure that your lighting plan is kept as versatile as possible with separate switching and dimmers and the ability to use free standing lamps and side table lamps.

Stencils are a simple and economical way of adding detail to walls, ceilings, floors, joinery and furniture. They can make a subtle difference if used in the similar tonings as the base color, or become a feature by using contrasting colors.

Move furniture around from season to season; alter cushions and covers creating different looks.

To cover a curtain track, add a valance to the top, or use a decorative curtain track instead.

Remember tiles if wet and untreated for slip resistance can be dangerous, so before specifying ensure that the correct tile is selected for its proposed situation.

Consider the heights that the light switches are installed. Are there children in the home? Also think about the power outlets, to they have a safety control switch in case something gets poked into them.

Another addition to decorating is to create atmosphere. Music is an easy item to help with creating this as well as candle light and the fragrance from the flowers. Remember interior design and decorating is not just about visual items.

Cross Selling Software For Higher Sales

Filed under: Marketing Infos — admin at 11:02 pm on Friday, May 30, 2008

Cross selling involves five fundamentals:

  • You have to know your products very well.
  • You have to know your clients. To get the best results identify which customers are your best target.
  • Ask questions and listen for clues.
  • Pay attention to clients’ needs and only suggest relevant products.
  • Suggest, don’t impose. This way clients will feel comfortable and more likely to accept your offer.

Most of the time, cross selling is a natural process, involving a simple operation: telling customers about your products. In software marketing, the publisher needs to establish which software product can be correlated with another one and be sold together as a package deal. Both the selection and the price can be based on several customer and product criteria, which should be set up before deciding on using the cross selling technique. These bundles may be added to the online shopping cart or advertised as a special software promotion on the site.

Successful cross selling can be achieved by applying several rules:

  • Right timing. Don’t push sales if it seems the client doesn’t have the financial resources at that moment. Try to find out what the client’s budget is and make your offer accordingly.
  • Relevance. Suggesting too many software products unrelated to the original one may overwhelm the client and lead to failure.
  • Post recommendations on the site. Professionals, experts or other customers may post their opinion and their recommendations on the site. It can show up as a list of related items bought by other customers that purchased the same product.
  • Place cross selling items throughout your site, where they can help shoppers learn about your software products and business. Try mixing and matching different items to see which combinations work best.
  • Offer a range of prices: low cost items may be considered impulse buys, but the clients may also purchase higher priced items that fit their needs.

The most important aspect in cross selling is customer satisfaction with the first software product they purchase, alongside with price and how well additional products fit their needs. In order for cross selling to work, the focus should be on the customer, not on pushing a certain software program. Before talking about additional products or services, the customer’s problems must be solved. Also, the customer needs to know how useful is the product you’re trying to sell in the first place.

What’s the most important downside of cross selling? Annoying clients to the point they leave without buying anything. This occurs if you continue to sell after the customer says he’s not interesting or when you’re pushing a product that’s not useful to the customer. In the end, combining customer service and cross selling will lead to increased online software sales.

10 Steps on Improving Your Metabolism

Filed under: House Of Medicince — admin at 6:27 pm on Friday, May 30, 2008

Feeling sluggish and low on energy? Do you feel like you work and work toward your weight loss goal and never seem to make any dramatic improvement?

You could be suffering from a slow metabolism. This does not have to destroy your weight loss efforts. You can dramatically improve your metabolism and boost energy without taking supplements.

Your metabolism simply refers to the conversion of food to usable energy by the body. It is the biological process by which energy is extracted from food or how fast or slowly the body burns calories.

A few steps you can take to improve your metabolism naturally are:

1. Drink Cold Water - Water is great to drink and you should be drinking a minimum of 8 to 10, glasses daily, of course, more is better. It will help increase your metabolism and remove toxins and fat. Drinking ice cold water before meals will shrink your stomach so you feel full quicker, and the cold water also helps to increase the metabolism.

2. Eat Every Three Hours - Eat a small balanced meal every three hours, including snacks. Meals and snacks should be balance, meaning they should contain a complete protein, carbohydrates, as well as natural fat. Failure to eat consistently can lead to a slower metabolism and fat storage. Skipping meals slows down your metabolism. To ignite weight loss you need to be consuming the right foods throughout the day in a balanced manner.

3. Don’t Skip Breakfast - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it gets your metabolism running in high gear. You wouldn’t drive to work on an empty tank and you shouldn’t start your day without adequate nourishment. Your first meal sets your metabolism for the day and keeps it going as long as you eat every three hours. If you get up early and eat a late breakfast, you missed out on several hours of burning calories.

4. Don’t Fear Fat - Fat has a bad rep. Many think fat makes you fat. This is false. The type of fat and how much fat you eat impact your body fat composition. Fat is needed by the body. Those who follow a very low-fat diet have a harder time ridding their body of fat. Choose natural healthy fats such as olive oil, avocados, various nuts, flax, and natural peanut butter.

5. Omit Trans Fat - Trans fat is the bad fat, the cause of weight gain, low energy, depression, cancer, and heart disease. You will never get the body you desire by eating “healthy” fast food, frozen dinners, etc. If it’s man-made, it’s not the best choice. Go with the foods Mother Nature provided to meet your fat loss goals.

6. Be Active Daily - Stay active at least six days a week. You can easily cycle cardio and weight training so it’s balanced and not overbearing. In addition to that, take the stairs when possible or park further out to get that little bit of extra movement and keep the heart and lungs working optimally. Studies show little movements such as tapping your toes while working also helps to burn calories.

7. Do Cardiovascular Exercise - Cardio is heart and lung healthy. It also burns calories. Doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty can tap into fat stores and keeps the body burning calories at a high rate for about an hour after cardio is finished. If you fail to eat adequately daily, this can work against you. Doing morning cardio on very low calorie die can burn muscle. Another good time to incorporate cardio is in the evening, after your last meal. This allows you to burn calories so you are not sleeping on them. You do not have to implement a morning and evening session, choose one or the other or cycle between the two to prevent staleness and boredom.

8. HIIT It - Blend some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) into your cardiovascular program from time to time to give your body and metabolism a good shock. The body is programmed to adapt. Therefore, the same cardio day in and day out can become stale real fast. Take one or two days a week and implement some HIIT to give the body an added shock.

9. Weight Train - Resistance training builds muscle, which is metabolically active tissue. The more muscle you acquire, the faster your metabolism. Muscle will put curves in the right places and allow you to eat more calories a day.

10. Listen to Your Body - Killing yourself with workouts is just as dangerous as not working out at all. Listen to your body and get proper rest. Don’t train if you are ill or just simply too tired. Training in such a state can cause more problems than it solves.

If any of the above fail to prove results in 4 to 6 weeks, there could be an underlying problem, such as a food allergy, acidic pH, sluggish thyroid, hormonal imbalance, etc. If so, I recommend searching a natural healer in your area to determine the cause and work from there. For the most part, proper diet and herbs can correct any ailments.

Secret Garden Crib Bedding by Lambs & Ivy - A Product Review

Filed under: Plugging — admin at 5:38 am on Friday, May 30, 2008

Lambs & Ivy is a well-recognized and respected designer and manufacturer of baby crib bedding and accessories, available at national chains and baby specialty stores throughout the United States and at a wide assortment of internet retailers. Secret Garden crib bedding, first introduced to consumers in late 2005, provides a distinctive alternative to those looking for a bug/dragonfly theme for their nursery. Despite the fact that Secret Garden is one of the more expensive crib bedding sets offered from Lambs & Ivy, it is a good value at between $190 and $230 for a six-piece crib set.

Secret Garden is sold as a six-piece crib set including a quilt, bumper, fitted sheet, crib skirt, valance, and diaper stacker. The fitted sheet and valance are also available for separate purchase. The Secret Garden collection is made from 100% cotton and is machine washable. The typical assortment of coordinating accessories are available to fill out the nursery: musical mobile, wall border, wall decorations, pillows, blankets, lamp and shade, hamper, and rug. An out of the ordinary accessory, not available with most crib bedding collections, is a child sized upholstered rocking chair, a nice touch to make an older sibling feel a part of the new nursery.

The Secret Garden quilt highlights the high quality characteristics that I look for in crib bedding. The patchwork design is a genuine patchwork, in which the individual squares of fabric are sewn together in order to create the design. There is a mixture of printed and woven fabrics alongside appliqués and embroidery to create a truly original looking collection. There are six main fabrics used in the Secret Garden pattern: a solid white and red, a woven black check/houndstooth, woven red plaid, a printed floral pattern, and cream chenille used as trim around the quilt, and bumper. It is always a reassuring sign to see woven fabrics wherever possible.

Part of Secret Garden’s charm or appeal is the use of original colors throughout the collection. Red and black are rarely used in crib bedding as main or even accent colors. I am personally delighted that Secret Garden is using black. I think that it makes the collection more stylish and sophisticated than some of its counterparts. Secret Garden would certainly work very effectively in a black crib, an increasingly popular choice.

The bumper stands 10″ tall with ties on the top and bottom. A slight drawback of the bumper is the fact that it comes as one continuous piece, as opposed to being broken up into two, three, or even four pieces. The crib skirt has a 12″ drop with the woven red plaid, black check, and cream chenille fabrics to complete the look of the set. The fitted sheet is cream with dragonflies, butterflies, and flowers decorating it. Due to the fact that the sheet is a printed fabric, I would caution a buyer to be aware that the pattern could fade or wear more quickly than would be the case with a higher quality woven fabric; I would recommend that consumers purchase separate solid colored sheets for every day use (cream, red, light green, or even black should work), and reserve the Secret Garden sheet for when you want to show off your nursery to visitors. The valance measures 14″ by 70″ and comes in the tab style. The diaper stacker can hold up to three dozen diapers.

Because Secret Garden merchandise is assembled in the United States, it can be particularly appealing for Canadian customers purchasing from a US retailer. It can be shipped to Canada duty-free, thereby avoiding charges of 17% or more of the purchase price that apply to bedding manufactured in China or India.

Rock Climbing Walls

Filed under: Online Sports Resources — admin at 3:50 am on Friday, May 30, 2008

Going on rock climbing expeditions can be expensive. And sometimes when the weather or climate does not permit outdoor climbing, enthusiasts just have to have an alternative activity that captures the thrill of climbing to some degrees. To address this, rock climbers have invented the rock-climbing wall.

A climbing wall is a structure with crags and hooks that climbers practice on. The experience simulates the situations that climbers often face when engaging a real rock surface. The wall is often used as a training ground for amateur rock climbers to prepare them for the real thing. There they will learn how to properly rappel, how to use their muscle strength, establish safe and secure footing and use the right kind of equipment for every situation. As it is with any sport, practice makes perfect. With the constant use of the wall, climbers practice how to strategize and plan out their moves. But the wall is not just for serious climbers. People, who are not really interested in engaging in the risks of a real rock climb, use the wall to build their body strength as an alternative to lifting weights in the gym.

By using the wall, climbers have relatively safer environment to practice and test their skills. But don’t think that climbing a wall is easy. Different wall designs offer varying degrees of complexity and difficulty in climbing. There are those fun activities you can take your kids to, but some walls can deter even the most experienced rock climber.

It used to be that gyms were the only places that offered rock climbing wall activities. Now, you can buy pre-fabricated walls to put in your yard, or you can build one of your own. Just make sure you use the safest equipment and have an expert carpenter help you build it.

Procrastinators Unite! Why Procrastination Is Not So Bad

Filed under: Self Improvement Hall — admin at 5:56 am on Thursday, May 29, 2008

Procrastination has become a disease. Of course, we wouldn’t be living in this day and age if what used to be just a little quirk is now being considered a “negative” thing, or a disease, an ailment that requires medication. Everything for a buck, I say.

I, for one, think that procrastination is a good thing. If you understand the Law of Attraction you know what I mean.

The basic premise of the Law of Attraction is that we must be aligned with cosmic energy. To do so, we are told to send positive thoughts, which, in turn will align us to the Universe. Once that is set, then, it follows that we will be rightly inspired to action.

An uninspired action is fruitless, meaning, no good. You will not feel good and you will offer resistance while acting upon certain things. Hence, the action itself will be just plain bad and the results even worse.

Let me give you an example: I know that every Tuesday I have to write an article for my e-zine. I have some topics in mind that I think you will not only be able to enjoy, but also be able to use my suggestions and feel better. After all, that is what this e-zine is all about.

When I feel the pressure to write when I am not totally ready to do so, I sit in front of the computer, and stare at the monitor for hours. I waste my time because I am not using it in a most productive way. On top of it, the article needs tons of revisions as the message gets all truncated. I have done in the past and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Things don’t work as they should.

However, if I wait until my inspiration flows in, I am pretty sure that not only I will write an inspiring article, but also I will write it much faster and be done with it in no time. And feel good in the process.

I can give you tons of examples on how we force actions and waste time. And then complain we can’t accomplish things. No wonder. Think about when you had to write a college report, or when you needed to vacuum, or empty your suitcases and put your clothes away after traveling, and, gee whiz, do your taxes!

You were completely non-aligned with the Universe; you hated to do what you must. You were unhappy. And that is no good. So, now that you know better, next time a similar situation arises, take these two suggestions:

1. Wait until the inspiration comes

Sitting in front of the computer doing nothing will do me no good. However, while I am waiting for my inspired action, I respond to my most important my emails, I do business, I make plans for future articles and books, I read about things I am interested in learning at the moment, and so on.

Soon, just like magic, I know exactly what I will write and put together a good article in no time. Instead of wasting time, I have increased my business, learned about something new, got in touch with my loved ones, and so on.

2. Outsource

I know my limitations and act upon what I love and know how to do well. Who am I to deal with numbers? Why, I can’t quite do a budget, let alone taxes. I love to think about money; I just don’t care for calculating.

My inspiration will never come when I think about doing taxes. I am not aligned to the Universe in that sense. Instead of developing a headache and gaining 10 pounds eating chocolate (comfort food), I give my papers to a person who loves to do this kind of thing, and is good at it as well. Do I have to pay for his services? You bet! But boy, this is one of my best investments, if you ask me, because I feel free to do the things I love and fell happy in the process.

So there. Next time someone criticizes you for being a procrastinator just say: “I am not a procrastinator; I am just waiting for inspiration.” And leave it at that.

Now, before you declare that you are not at all inspired, give your task a try. Sometimes, it is only a matter of jump starting; you will soon see that a little kick was just what you needed. Go for it!

See? In no time I just wrote over 740 words. I only hope you read and enjoyed them all.

Nothing Ever Stays The Same

Filed under: Self Improvement Hall — admin at 4:18 am on Thursday, May 29, 2008

Nothing ever stays the same. On the one hand we despise change yet on the other we don’t want to stagnate and become boring. Yet our habits keep us locked into a course of action day after day, year after year. The way we think, the way we behave, the way we experience things, the way we react to incidents, all are dominated by our habits. They are so strong that most of do not even know what they are. Whatever our habits are they keep us fixed in a particular perspective or behaviour. They stop us reaching our potential.

Our habits are basically involuntary acts we perform unintentionally and without thinking. We just are them. Yes. We are our habits. Whether, you lack confidence, find it difficult to make decisions, always arrive late for an appointment, can’t say no …, feel lonely, feel stupid, think others always know best…… these are all habits. That’s the bad news.

The good news is that you can change. Change is based on choice. Once you realise what your habits are, you have more chance of changing them. It may not be easy. It may be painful, sometimes. But it is also fun and rewarding because you are changing your life. You are opening yourself to see the possibilities of your potential. What you are capable of.

History shows us that there are four key ingredients to successfully change habits:

Reflection, Realisation, Resolve and Sustained Effort.

In other words all you have to do is imagine you are the gardener of your life:

Reflect on the state of your garden.
Realise what are weeds and what are flowers.
Remove the weeds
Replace the weeds with flowers and make a sustained effort to keep the garden clear of weeds you don’t want.

So. What is the largest weed in your garden? Which habit causes you most pain?

What is keeping this weed in place? What stops you from pulling it out?

Look at all the obstacles and think of the best method for eradicating the weed. Remember some weeds do not come out at first pull. They leave a little root behind. Some are better killed off with weed killer rather than a tortuous pull. Look for the best method for your weed.

Now, what flower would you like to plant in its place? What behaviour would you like to put in instead of the habit? You will need something because all of us that have changed habits are aware of the need for a transitory behaviour. A good example is giving up smoking. The transitory behaviour is either: something to do with your hands, instead of holding a cigarette; gum to chew when you would light a cigarette or a sweet to pop into your mouthy when you feel like a cigarette.

So what flower would you like to put in place of your weed?
The next phase is the key to success.

For all gardeners the next phase is the most easy and yet the most difficult. Make a sustained effort to keep the weed out of your garden. This is the key. It is so easy to say I’ve done it and walk away. Sustained effort can also be called zeal and enthusiasm. Be passionate about clearing your weed. Tell others what you are doing. Avoid incidents that would automatically set the weed off. Keep looking at your new flower. Have zeal and enthusiasm for your new flower. Keep focussed on the flower. Make a sustained effort to keep the new flower watered and the area around it free from weeds. Nourish it. Fertilise it. Talk to it. Gradually the new flower will blossom and the old weed disappear.

Remember: Nothing ever stays the same.

Good Luck

Rules of noble succession

Filed under: Universe Of Lifestyle — admin at 1:56 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2008

Rules of noble succession by Jan-Olov von Wowern

Let me first say that the rules of noble succession, as they
apply to a specific noble family, can normally not be changed.
They are determined either by:

1) the rules of succession laid down in the letter patent which
was given to the family member who was first ennobled (for
patent nobility)

or

2) the rules of succession in use at the time and the place
where the family was first recognised as noble (for original
nobility)

It follows that in the case of patent nobility the rules of
succession could only be changed by the conferring authority,
the reigning Monarch or his or hers successors (if the
constitution would allow for such changes).

In the case of the original nobility in my opinion the rules of
succession cannot ever be changed, not even by a successor of
the reigning Monarch who once recognised the family as noble,
because the rules of succession were in most cases not at the
Monarch’s disposition to change. Hence, for all practical
purposes and certainly for the study of genealogy, we may assume
that noble families are bound by certain rules of succession
that must be adhered to.

When we discuss succession, we should define whether we mean the
succession to the nobility (that is, which family members in the
next generation will inherit the name, the arms and the quality
of continuing the family line), and the succession to the
headship of a noble family. As implied by the title, in this
article I will mainly discuss the succession of nobility in the
general and collective sense.

Noble succession is either agnatic or cognatic. In my genealogy
book “Find Your Noble Ancestors!”, I have defined those terms as
follows: “Agnatic succession: succession to the nobility …
continues only on the spear (male) side, from father to son.”
“Cognatic succession: in many countries this was the original
form of succession among the ancient nobility, meaning the
nobility … continued on both the spear (male) and distaff
(female) side in parallel lines”.

The vast majority of all noble families have agnatic succession,
meaning both sons and daughters of a noble father are noble, but
only the grandchildren of the sons (and not of the daughters)
are noble. Certainly in most families created noble by means of
a letter patent issued by a Monarch, this is by far the most
common rule of succession.

Cognatic succession is, for practical genealogical purposes,
only relevant in a few cases where it can be shown that this was
indeed the original form of noble succession of the family, and
there is an unbroken chain of succession from these (ancient)
times down till today.

If we were to discuss the succession to the headship of a
family, it would be necessary to distinguish between the two
variants of cognatic succession, true and false. True cognatic
succession means the firstborn child, whether a son or a
daughter, has the best claims. False cognatic succession would
mean any son would inherit before a daughter regardless if he
was younger, but in the absence of sons the oldest daughter
would have the best claims.

The kingdom of Sweden today has, according to its constitution,
true cognatic succession, that is the firstborn child of the
Monarch has the best claims to the succession to the Throne.
Some other Monarchies also have this system.

If, for genealogical purposes, you want to find out if a certain
noble family as agnatic or cognatic succession, you need to
either look at the letter patent by which the family was created
noble, or, in the case of the original nobility, establish the
terms and conditions for noble succession in use at the time and
place where the family was first recognised as noble. In most
cases, the family members living today will be able to tell you
which form of succession they have.

Short Term & Long Term Marketing Effects

Filed under: Plugging — admin at 1:57 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2008

The most well known advertising method is search engine
advertising using pay per click (cost per click) methods. These
will bring you fast yet very targeted traffic to your site. Of
course fast results don’t come easy–it requires money. If money
isn’t an issue for you, ppc advertising is easy.

Many don’t see satisfying results from search engine
advertising, and all they see is their wallet emptying out. Many
fail to keep on advertising on search engines because they end
up spending their entire advertising budget without getting much
in return. Once you are left with no money in your advertising
account, you site will no longer receive traffic–unless you
have repeat customers or have high positioning with natural
listings. Looking for short term, fast result advertising can
cause hard downfall and bring huge disappointment.

If you are looking for safe advertising method which will bring
you never ending steady traffic, go look into submitting your
site to web directories. This is what I call a long term
‘investment’. It requires a lot of time to submit your URL to
each and every high traffic web directories, and it takes days,
weeks, even months to see results from particular web
directories, the traffic won’t stop even when you run out of
money for advertising. It doesn’t even cost you to submit your
URL to some of the most popular web directories. It’s safe, but
it won’t bring you fast results, and you will most likely not
get as much traffic as you will from search engine
advertising–I guess you can compare this to investing your
money into saving’s account for small percentage interest, and
investing in stock market for huge return or loss on your side.
Money ‘can’ bring your satisfaction, but learn to cope without
money when it comes to online advertising. Investing money is
not everything; invest your time.

Start downloading Alexa toolbars and go hunting for web
directories with high traffic. Start submitting your URL on high
ranking web directories, and move your way down to around
200,000 ranking sites. Don’t waste your time submitting your
site to web directories that receive like 1 visitor a day.

Standardize Your Process To Improve The Bottom Line

Filed under: Great Management Tips — admin at 5:22 am on Tuesday, May 27, 2008

Standardize your processes! You can save time, money and prevent errors. Things you do over and over should be done the same way every time, if indeed you do the task the best way. They say variety is the spice of life, but for healthcare processes it certainly isn’t most of the time. Consider this, if you would. Would you buy your favorite brand of soda if sometimes your 12 ounce can were 3/4 of the way full and sometimes almost overflowing. Certainly not. You expect there to consistently be nearly 12 ounces every time. How would a patient behave if the results of a healthcare visit varied wildly? The patient would probably find a new provider. The best healthcare providers deliver a consistently good service; it helps attract new patients and keeps the old ones coming back.

Standardization helps save time. As things become routine, a process is easier to do and is done more quickly. For instance, if a primary care physician makes sure that the necessary items for a patient visit are always in the examining room, the doctor won’t have to waste time going to look for supplies and waste time for the patient or the doctor. I recommend that primary care physicians along with staff sit down and list the things that should always be in examination rooms and make sure someone is responsible for these items every morning before patients arrive. If this is done, the doctor can save time, thereby enabling him or her to spend more quality time with the patient or see more patients.

Standardization saves money. Most doctors face rising malpractice costs, but for one group this has not been trueanesthesiologists. According to an article in the June 21, 2005 edition of the Wall Street Journal, this group over two decades ago began implementing procedures that ensured the safety of their patients. Certain processes have been standardized across the profession so instead of one death per 5000 cases, there is now only one per 200000 to 300000 cases. Because of this, their malpractice insurance premiums plummeted.

Standardization prevents errors, as in the above illustration. Another example is drawn form a local hospital. Recently the Chief Financial Officer of the institution and I were discussing the new facility they were building. Instead of building adjacent rooms so that the bathrooms would be back to back to save plumbing costs, each room was designed so that each room will be exactly the same with bathrooms all on the same side. Why? This will prevent errors and in the long run save money for the hospital.

It is best if you can measure standardization. The best tool to measure standardization in statistics is variance or standard deviation. I am sure many of you have encountered this measure, but probably cannot calculate it. The best way to calculate it is either in a spreadsheet or on a calculator. For example, the standard deviation for the numbers 8, 12, 1, 4 and 5 is 4.18. For the group 5, 5, 5, 5, and 5 the standard deviation is 0, since there is no variety. So, when you are trying to standardize a process, see if you cannot find some significant measure that reflects the process and try to reduce the standard deviation as much as possible. In fact, this is the heart of Six Sigmareduce the standard deviation as much as possible. The best manufacturers and service providers often use this tool.

Once you have standardized a process and have achieved a satisfactory standard deviation, then write down the process in a manual that is a collection of all best practices. This way, anyone who needs to reference how a process should be conducted can refer to the manual. Too, it is an excellent training source for new employees.

As you can see in these brief illustrations, standardization or the lack of variance provides safety for patients, a savings of time for the provider and patient, and contributes to an improved bottom line.
